Domestic Micro-Living, Future Projected to 2050
This project was a self-directed Interior Design assignment.
The brief was to create a personal and private multipurpose dwelling that allowed our 'client' to work from home, if necessary, in the year 2050. This dwelling was confined within a 40ft shipping container, the layout of which could be adjusted to suit our design as necessary.
We were to conceptualise the interiority of our client and produce an ideation model to promote our ideas for the space. Mine took the form of a book spine and was expanded on to create a wave pattern as seen through my ideation sketches. The project was completed by hand to demonstrate my non-computer-aided skills.
